Response to Ref 617. For your project you may want to clean a person's face and apply moisture to one side applying only make up to the other side. Now check it throughout the day. Make notes about the texture, oiliness, and which side looks the cleanest at the end of the day.

Ref 618. Gloria, I am nineteen and I have extremely oily skin that is always breaking out. In the summer I am the most self-conscious because my makeup comes off in the pool. What kind of waterproof makeup, especially coverup is there that won't wash off in the pool, and won't make me break out. Thanks a lot.
Response to Ref 618. A makeup that would not wash off in chlorine water would be very difficult to remove at night. I suggest working on clearing up your skin condition so you don't need to wear makeup. I do know of a doctor here who has a product that controls breakouts. Response to Ref 626. M&M You didn't tell me the shape of your eyes. Wear an eye pencil and eye shadow color to bring out the light color of your eyes. How wonderful not to have to wear tinted contacts to change your eye color.

Ref 627. help please! i have purchsed many different brands of liquid and cream foundaiton makeups along with there setting powder. currently, i am using derma blend cover cream by florie robersts and their setting powder. however, as with all the rest, before i can get out the door my make up is on my clothes. do you know of any makeup or technique i can use so i can wear my makeup on my face and not on my clothes?

Response to Ref 627. JB avoid applying your foundation on your neck. I only blend the foundation down and around the chin to blend it. Use a smaller amount of foundation to cover your face. Good luck.

I saw a woman today with a black eyeliner applied in a thick line on her upper lid extending out past the corner of her eye. I could not tell you what she looked like because the eyeliner caught my eye and held my attention even though I tried to look at her whole face. Choose the effect you want.

Response to Ref 629. A foundation blended to match your skin tones will help blend them, stay out of the sun and wear sun block to prevent the freckles from becoming darker. Apply Vingar leaving it on for fifteen minutes and rinse it off.

Can zinc tablet be used for facial breakouts as well? Are zinc tablets different from zinc losenges? Is their any other type of medication to use for acne when benzol peroxide and salycilic acid aren't working? Even the perscription gel I've been using for a few years isn't stopping these individual deep down redd bumps. I have monitored my diet, I drink lots of water, so can zinc tablets help?

Response to Ref 630. Kelly, My clients have had a reduction of acne breakouts after taking zinc tablets, not lozenges. Start slowly and increase your intake. Ask your doctor for help.

Response to Ref 632. Apply your eye makeup skillfully and your eyes will be enhanced and appear larger and brighter. Apply a very thin line of eyeliner at the base of lashes. Use a light shadow above the lashes, use a darker shadow in the inner crease and a highlight under the brow.

I got a book at Waldenbooks it is called Fit for Life. It talks about how to combine your food. It says you can't combine a carbohydrate with meat and that you can't combine a carbohydrate with a dairy product. It said that if you do that, that you would loose a pound a day. Response to Ref 635. Shikinah Glory, correct nutrition is a very individual matter. I personally have never found that combining certain foods made a difference. Actually I try to serve as many different foods at a meal as possible. Do your own investigation, write down foods that make you feel good and list those that cause you discomfort.

Response to Ref 642. Kathy, what are you using that causes the skin on your nose to peel? Exfoliation helps by allowing the impurities to flow out of the pores instead of clogging them.

Response to Ref 644. Renee, A navy eyeliner brightens blue eyes. Don't let the top and bottom liners meet at the outside corner of your eye. To open the eyes, put a touch of pink eye shadow at the inner corner of the eye. Use a light contour color on top of the cheek bones.

Have you seen the new acne product out by Vichy? You apply these little plastic looking clear discs to a zit and you sleep with it on, and in the morning it is supposed to ba nearly cleared up. My friend say they work. Do you have any comment on them?

I have freckles and they aren't going to fade becuase I'm often at the beach (everyday). Sunscreen makes them look worse, and different types of sunscreen do different things like make them darker or just make more. I have seen facial products that slow production of melanin and fade them but I doubt they'll work if I go right back into the sun. I also heard that silverweed odes some good. Oh yeah, sunscreen also clogs my pores (even oil free stuff) and gives me worse acne. Can you answer my questions? Thanks.
Response to Ref 670. Use an alcohol base sun screen, stay out of the sun. When I put my face in the sun it makes more freckles if I don't want freckles I don't go in the sun. If you have a miracle that I can do bad things to myself and get good results please let me know.

Response to Ref 672. At your age stopping the expressions that cause the lines around the mouth and eyes will prevent you from ever having them to start with. Catch a look at your self in a mirror when you are in the sun or upset. Release the expressions. It takes some practice.

Response to Ref 673. Those white spots could be scars or a reaction to products with alcohol in them you wear when you go into the sun. Laser can soften them if they are scars.

I was born with really light blonde hair, and as I got older
my hair got darker. When I was in Gr. 9 it was medium blonde,
and I dyed it very light blonde, almsot white, I continued to
do this until now, which is two years, and my hair has now turned
dark blonde, but my problem is my eyebrows, as my hair got darker,
my eyebrows did not, and they are very light. It almost looks like
I have none! I try to make them darker, but it ends up looking fake,

Response to Ref 675. The eyebrows set the mood for your face. Eyebrows should be a few shades lighter than your hair, add color only to shape and fill in any areas of sparse growth.

Response to Ref 685. Kel, those little white heads usually accompany dry or skin that doesn't have good circulation. Try massaging your cheek gently and use a medicated gel.

Response to Ref 688. Heather, Can't image that people could miss big blue eyes like yours. Rim the bottom lid with beige eye pencil to help extend the whites of the eye. Use a dark blue to line the upper lid and the outside corner of the lid. Use a gray/blue shadow in the crease and outer corner of the eyelid. Apply a beige under the eyebrows.

Response to Ref 691. I think you will need a wax base foundation, incase water splashes on your face. Use extra applications of mascara and a darker eye liner, keeping every thing else in natural tones for that natural out door girl look.

Response to Ref 693. Virginia, Use an apricot cream or powder blush, brows are brushed and lightly filled in with a light brown brow pencil, lips are a medium flesh-tone lip pencil filled in with a darker apricot/brown lipstick.
